We precision-cut these blocks in our workshop in San Giorgos near Lichada on North Evia Island. The wood comes from rescued ancient olive trees that were damaged during the devastating wildfires in 2021 and again in 2023. The unique grain, quality and beauty of Evia olive wood is undeniable.
